Workpiece size does not match
Does the size of the workpiece not match the dimensions of the drawing? This can have two causes. If it has the same deviation in both length and width, read cause 1.
If it only differs in length or only in width, please read cause 2.
Cause 1. Notch width not set correctly. Setting the notch width determines how far the torch stays from the drawn contours. If you enter a smaller notch width number, the torch will come closer to the contour line and the workpiece will become smaller. If you enter a larger number, the workpiece will also become larger. You set the notch width in the CAM program. Usually with the tool selection. You can determine the notch width by measuring the cutting width.
Cause 2. One of the axes needs to be calibrated. If only the length or only the width of the workpiece deviates, then it is possible that an axis needs to be calibrated. Read on the page ''Calibrate machine'' how to do this.
A Another mechanical cause could be that the engine drive gear has become loose on the shaft.
