Who are we?

Pritec Automation is a young, driven company with a close-knit small team. Our passion is making beautiful, solid, advanced computer-controlled metalworking machines. We stand behind our product and therefore offer a very good service to the customer. Our customer base is diverse, from metalworking companies, repair shops to schools and hobbyists. All with the same passion for technology and making beautiful products. We deliver our machines B2C and B2B, throughout Europe and beyond on request.

Pritec Automation has the ambition to further expand on the European market in the coming years. This from our beautifully situated building in the Achterhoek (municipality of Aalten). Our team consists
currently consists of 6 enthusiastic employees/freelancers. Our organization can be described as a
down-to-earth and flat organization where a pleasant working atmosphere and team spirit contribute to our successes.

To expand our team we are looking for a:

Commercial Technical Employee

This is a 40-hour per week position. In this position, your task is to manage the customer portfolio and further expand it within Europe. In addition, you will be working as a true jack-of-all-trades within the organization, due to the small team. This means that you are widely deployable. For example, one time you are working on e-commerce and the next time you are making spare parts ready for shipping for your customers. Also a bit of purchasing
and work preparation will be part of your job description and the contact with the suppliers. The contact with the customer base is diverse. This can be a technical question about our products, but also about making a quote. You listen to the customer's wishes, give advice and are determined to give the customer a more than satisfied feeling.

With your knowledge and experience, you know, after a thorough training period, what is important about active relationship management. Your enthusiasm and drive to help the customer with our high-quality
products is the starting point for success in this job. This will not always be easy due to the diversity of our products, but if you are not discouraged by this and it gives you a kick to search for the best product for our customers, you may be the ideal candidate!

What activities are part of your job description?

• Processing a quotation request and providing the customer with (technical) advice;
• Drawing up, issuing and following up on quotations;
• Maintaining contact with customers regarding the quotation process (questions, appointments,
  quotation signing);
• Calculate;
• Coordinating e-commerce (website, social media, campaigns, content creation, etc.));
• Create purchase orders for our suppliers;
• Manage shipments (send spare parts, register shipments);
  

Do you recognize yourself in the following profile of our ideal candidate?

• You are a hands-on person who is eager to learn and creative;
• A good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;
• Good command of German and English;
• You are used to working with ICT systems and Excel;
• You are customer-oriented: you identify and recognize the customer's wishes and act accordingly;
• Accurate and reliable: an agreement is an agreement;
• An affinity with the industry, the product and the technology is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn: of course we will help you with internal training programs to acquire all product knowledge!
