Calibrating the machine in Mach3

It is possible to calibrate the machine at any time if the dimensions of the workpieces deviate.

You can do this by going to DIAGNOSTICS at the top of the screen. 
In the middle of the screen on the left, it says Set Steps per Unit.

When you click on this, you will be asked which axis needs to be calibrated.

Next, you are asked how far you want to move this axis. Then, measure from a fixed point how far the axis has actually moved and enter that in the final step. It is best to measure this over as long a distance as possible. This will give you the most accurate value.  

The program will perform a calculation for this, and the axis is calibrated.
The values ​​of the X and Y axes are equal to each other.  

Finally, save this change under Config -> Save Settings.
