Orders have a 14-day inspection period. The period starts from the moment you receive your order.
The costs for returning are at your own expense.

The following conditions apply to returns:
- The item is in unused condition.
- The item is in its original and undamaged packaging.
- Please do not write on the box.
- Use transparent tape to seal the packaging, using duct tape will damage the packaging.

If the return does not meet the conditions, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange a product directly via postal delivery. You can return the purchased product to us. After receiving the product, we will refund the purchase amount to your account.

You can then place a new order for the desired product.

Always check within 14 days of receiving the order whether it has been delivered undamaged and complete. If the delivery has not been received in good condition,  then we request you via info@pritec-automation.com contact. Please include photos of the delivered damage with the relevant order & shipment item number.
Based on this information we will provide a suitable solution.
