You can see this in the demo

Draw once. Then always in stock.

In the demo, we walk you through the entire chain, from broken part to cut steel piece. The benefit lies in what comes next: you perform steps 1 and 2 once, and repeat the rest as often as you like.

  1. Defect or idea

A broken part, a measurement or a sketch.

  2. Digital drawing

You record the shape, holes and material once.

  3. Library

The file is ready, with revision and application.

  4. Cutting

Place the plate on it, open the file, the ACROS cuts.

  5. Finish

    Deburring, setting, welding and checking.

  6. Reuse

Next time: same file, same part.

From now onEach time you start, start at step 3.

Stays on the shelf

Plate and consumables

Sheet material in the thicknesses you actually use, wear parts, and components that you cannot manufacture locally and responsibly.

Becomes a file

Brackets, plates and supports

Parts with a known size and material choice. These no longer need to be kept in stock: you cut them the moment you need them.

Discover for yourself

What you make with it, per field

Choose your field and see what comes off the table in practice.

Make replacement parts while the vehicle is in the workshop.

With digital files and a targeted stock of sheet metal, not every bracket needs to be on the shelf for every vehicle. Less waiting for simple, flat steel parts.

Frequently asked questions

How does the live online demo work?

Yorick drives a camera on a cart through our hall in Aalten. You get acquainted with the hardware and software of the ACROS, see the tables and cutting results up close, and can simply ask your questions in between. It feels just like you are standing in the hall yourself.

How long does a demo last?

A live online demo lasts approximately 20 to 30 minutes. We will send you the quotation afterwards. A demo at our office in Aalten lasts about an hour. We will then prepare the quotation together.

What software and file formats do you need?

The ACROS works with the MyPlasm CNC control software. This runs on Windows, so you need a Windows PC or laptop. You load drawings as DXF files. MyPlasm CNC does not read STEP files, so export your design as a DXF from your own CAD program.

Do you need extraction for smoke and dust?

The water tray under the cutting table collects the most dust and smoke. Extraction is always permitted, but a well-ventilated room is in principle sufficient.

How quickly can you be productive, and do you receive training?

The software is designed to be used without CNC experience. You receive manuals, knowledge articles, and instructional videos, and if you get stuck, we will look along remotely. How quickly you cut independently depends mainly on your experience with drafting. In the demo, you see the entire process from drawing to cut part.

What cutting quality can you expect at what thickness?

The plasma source determines the cutting quality, the table the size. Guideline values for steel with a clean cutting edge: 12 to 15 mm with 45 A, 25 to 35 mm with 75 or 80 A, and 30 to 40 mm with 100 or 125 A. Thicker is possible, but the cut will be rougher. For stainless steel and aluminium, the values are lower. If you cut for hours at a time, choose a source that is one step higher.

What is the delivery time and how is the installation?

We often deliver from stock, but delivery times can increase. Towards the end of the year, this is usually 4 to 6 weeks for the ACROS 80SX and 150SX, and 8 to 10 weeks for the 200SX and 300SX. You connect the ACROS yourself; we do not offer on-site installation.

How much warranty do you get, and how quickly will you receive wearing parts?

You get a 2-year warranty on the ACROS. We ship wear parts twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Where the border is

The limit lies not in the form, but in the technical responsibility. For load-bearing or safety-critical parts, always work with known material data, verified drawings, and an appropriate release.
