Pin 3: Remote Start/Stop *** (brown)

Pin 4: Remote Start/Stop *** (blue)

* Pin 1 & 2 – input, this is where the voltage of the plasma cutter should go. The input can be 1:1 or 50:1. If 50:1 is desired, the cables of the controller in the control box can be swapped (see the manual for this). This is used to control the THC (torch height controller). This ensures that the torch remains at the correct height in relation to the material to be cut.

Please note! When you use the cutting table without a plasma cutter  If you have ordered it because you are going to connect your own, this will be the standard  with a 1:1 input set. If your plasma cutter has a 50:1 VOLTAGE DIVIDER you can set this differently in the control box by reading the instructions in the manual.

*** Pin 3 & 4 – These ports provide a signal to the plasma cutter which turns the plasma cutter on.
