Plasma cutter
We offer various plasma cutters that can be linked to the Acros machines. These can be configured with or without a hand torch or machine torch.
If you already own a plasma cutter, it is possible to connect it to the Acros machine yourself. Read the conditions at the bottom of this page.
Machine torch
Upgrade your CNC plasma cutter with a machine torch.
The holder of the Pritec Acros fits both a hand torch and a machine torch. The machine torch is more robust and better cooled than the hand torch. The consumables last longer and the cutting quality is better.
Precision guidance
Precision guide rails help keep the torch level at all times, ensuring a high accuracy.
Equipped with anti-backlash drive for very minimal play during the various axis movements.
Torch Height Controller
The Acros 80S CNC Plasma Cutting Table is equipped with a excellent 'THC controller'.
After setting the voltage value of the Z-axis controller, the plasma head will always the same distance to the workpiece. Even when the plate is warped.
simple software
The simple Mach3 control software of the machine is g-code driven. With Fusion360 CAD/CAM software you can easily create a drawing and work it out to g-code.
Do you already have a CAD program? Then SheetCAM is a good universal CAM program to load a ready-made DXF and then process it to g-code.

To what thickness can you cut ?
The cutting thickness depends on the plasma cutter you connect to the machine. For example, the Jasic Cut80 can cut up to a thickness of 30mm.
How is the machine supplied ?
The machine is delivered assembled on a pallet. Packed by means of a wooden frame and is sealed. So it is not a kit.
What is included with the machine ?
The Pritec Acros CNC plasma cutting tables are supplied as standard with the following components:

Other accessories or extensions can be ordered at an additional cost.
What software is there at ?
The machine includes the Mach3 control software. CAD/CAM software is not included.

It is possible to connect your own plasma cutter to the machine.
