What are the payment options on the website ?

You can pay for your order with  iDeal, credit card (VISA/Mastercard/American Express), PayPal, Bancontact, Sofort, Giropay or bank transfer.

If your preferred method is not listed, please let us know so we can consider this option in the future.

Where can I find my invoice ?

On the  The moment we have registered your order with the carrier, your invoice will be sent to the  email address you used for the order.

If you have not received an invoice, please contact us.

I did not receive my invoice. What now ?

Check the spam box of your email address. Is the invoice not there? Please contact us.

I have not received an order confirmation. What now ?

It is possible that the order confirmation ended up in your spam box. Is this not the case? Then you can contact contact us. We will be happy to check with you whether the payment has been received correctly.

I would like to receive a quote request first. Is that possible ?

Yes you can send an email to info@pritec-automation.com met the desired items. We will then send you a quote as soon as possible.

Can I also pay my order with you ?

Yes, that is possible. We will then send you a quote with the desired items. As soon as the order is ready, you can pick it up and pay for it at our business.

Can I place an order on deposit ?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. An order must be paid in full in advance or upon collection.
