How long do I have warranty ?
Pritec offers a minimum 2-year warranty on its products, unless otherwise stated with the product on the website.
In addition, wear and tear is excluded from the warranty. This includes drive belts, gears and bearings.
The warranty will be void in the event of improper use or if a modification or repair has been carried out on/to the product without consultation or on the user's own initiative.
If you would like to make a warranty claim, please do so by sending an email to info@pritec-automation.com met an extensive investigation of the problem preferably with
photos.
Our employees will assess the application and get back to you as soon as possible.
My product is defective, what now ?
If the product is still within the warranty period and it concerns a manufacturing defect, we will assess whether the product can be repaired.
If a repair is not possible, we will send a replacement product or choose to refund the purchase price.
We first assess the application to rule out misuse.
If the defect falls outside the warranty conditions, we will inform you about this.
I want to have my product repaired, this can be ?
If it is within the warranty period and it can be repaired, then the costs are for our account. If the product cannot be repaired and is within the warranty, then you will receive a replacement product or we will refund the purchase price.
If it falls outside the warranty period, the costs are always for the customer.
We charge a €45 investigation fee for which you will receive a quote with the total repair costs.
If you then proceed to repair, these investigation costs will be waived. You will then only pay for the labor and the necessary parts. Sending the repair is also at your own expense.
Naturally, we will first assess the application.
How can I return my product for repair ?
If the product is under warranty, the product can be repaired in consultation with our customer service be returned. You will receive a return form and instructions by email. Fill out the return form completely, so that we have all the necessary information to process the return as quickly as possible. If the return form is not completely filled out, there will be a delay in the return process.
You as a customer are responsible for the return shipment. Make sure that the product in question is well packed and the box is sealed properly, so that the product cannot be damaged during transport.
Can I also offer my repair/defect at you on the spot ?
This is certainly possible! You can make a delivery appointment through us contact form.
Please bring your purchase invoice so we can help you faster.
Of course, the application will also have to be assessed first via this route and we are dependent on the workload of our technical department.
If there is no time for this assessment, you leave the product with us and we will agree with you what the next steps are. Here too, we use a repair period of 14 days. (provided the necessary parts are in stock).

Do you have a field service ?
We do not have a field service for on-site repairs. This is one of the reasons why we can keep our product prices low. In the event of malfunctions in larger machines, we usually offer to send replacement parts so that you can replace them yourself.
