What are the delivery options?

Postal packages

Our parcels are shipped with PostNL. We aim to process and ship the parcels within 2-4 working days.
You will automatically receive a track&trace as soon as the order is ready. It is therefore not possible to select a desired delivery date yourself.

Pallet shipments

Pallet shipments are handled by Mainfreight. As soon as we have registered the shipment, you will receive a tracking number.&trace code with the delivery time.

My order has been shipped. Can I still change the delivery address?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the address once the package has been handed over to PostNL.
