A part needs to be replaced, what now?

You can order spare parts from us by sending an email to info@pritec-automation.com. VermPlease include the serial number of the machine and the desired part. We will then send you a quotation with the prices.

What is the delivery time of parts?

In general, we have most parts for our own machines in stock and they can be delivered within a few days. For purchased machines, the delivery time may be longer.
