A 14-day cooling-off period applies to orders. The period starts from the moment you receive the order.
The costs for the return are at your own expense. 

The following conditions apply to returns:
- The item is in unused condition.
- The item is in the original and undamaged packaging. 
- Please do not write on the box.
- Use transparent tape to seal the packaging; using duct tape will damage the packaging.

If the return does not meet the conditions, we regret that we cannot accept the return.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange a product directly via postal delivery. You can return the purchased product to us. Upon receipt of the product, we will refund the purchase amount to your account.

You can then place a new order for the desired product yourself.

Always check within 14 days of receiving the order whether it has been delivered undamaged and complete. If the delivery is not received in good condition, then we request you via info@pritec-automation.com contto take action. Please include photos of the delivered damage, along with the relevant order and item number of the shipment.
